I’ve been thinking about my weight a lot lately. Well, not so much my weight but my physical health in general. I say this while eating Salt & Vinegar potato chips. XD

I just turned 21 three weeks ago and I’m in the worst shape of my life. It makes me think about what shape I’m going to end up being in when I’m older. Even as young as I am I get winded just going up and down the 16 stairs in my house. It’s pretty ridiculous. I just wanna be healthier!

If there was any area in my life that needed changing it would be my diet and exercise habits. I have absolutely no discipline when it comes to what I eat. I’ve been known to work out from time to time, but when it comes to food I eat whatever I want. I’ve never eaten right ever. I eat what I want when I want and I think it’s really starting to effect my health. My acne is worse than ever, I have trouble sleeping, my periods are irregular and often just god awful to get through. What you eat effects everything about you. You are what you eat XD. I just think my hormones are all out of wack and it is because of how I take care of myself.

Plus, I’ve never really tried to do something with all of my heart. Maybe if I inject some discipline into my life I’ll be more responsible in general. Not to mention I just really wanna look and feel better. XD.

Another thing that I’ve always wanted to do was be physically fit. I’ve always wanted to know how to fight or dance or something, and at least have a little bit of strength and not be totally helpless.
